How to Use

  1. Fill the pot with lukewarm, safe-to-use water and add an appropriate amount of non-iodized salt.
  2. Lean over a sink and tilt your head to one side.
  3. Gently place the spout at the upper nostril and allow the water to flow through.
  4. Repeat on the other side.
  5. Clean and dry the pot thoroughly after use.

Important: Use only appropriately prepared water for nasal rinsing, such as distilled, sterile, or previously boiled and cooled water. Do not use untreated tap water.
