RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
We accept returns only for products that are damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Ensure to include your order number, photos of the damaged product, and a video of opening the package. Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the item and offer either a replacement or a full refund. All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the received purchase date. All returned items must be in unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. All returns are subject to final approval by Udojas Sutra.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email us on udojas.sutra@gmail.com. Kindly call our Whats App number 9606016153 & place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address: Udojassutra Attn: Returns 2245/1, 23rd Cross, Krishna Rajendra Rd, Above Nandu's, Banashankari Stage II, Bengaluru, Karnataka You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by e-mail/call when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Please Note: Any items which are purchased during a ‘Sale / Discount Period’ will not be entitled for a return unless it is a defective piece.
